Gary teaches English and has coached business leaders in business practices, public speaking, and sales techniques. He has developed classes, online courses, policy manuals, workshops, and programs that have transformed lives. He has created, scaled, and sold businesses in the retail, sales, and service industries. Gary is also a veteran and served in the US Army Special Forces (Green Beret). Gary has been the owner and/or manager of various real estate and retail companies.

He has published 5 books and over 3000 people have read his online articles each month. His photos have been published in print, online and in The New York Times.

Gary says he is basically a cowboy from Wyoming who loves traveling around the world and meeting people from other cultures. Overall, he thinks his greatest strength is in connecting with people. Gary has a reputation for getting things done while empathizing with the needs of those around him. He enjoys life, nature, and people and is currently living in his fourth different culture and loving it. Others often comment about the way he is always quick to step in and help others, and he considers that to be one of his family traditions.
