I graduated from Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 1997 and worked in IT for 13 years. For more than 10 years of my corporate life, I worked in various managerial positions, such as Division and Team Manager at Turkcell GSM operator in Minsk-Belarus, Istanbul and Ankara.

After deciding to change my career, I completed Gestalt Coaching Program which is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited training in 2014. Since then, I have been working as an Awareness Coach.

I have been accredited as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by ICF  in 2019.

Besides individual sessions, I have been working as a facilitator on collective production process and performance with artists and on community building with different groups and teams since 2014.
